Terms and conditions
1. Voordelengids.eu, below specified as VDG, brings the VDG hotel voucher on the market, below specified as The Service.
2. These terms and conditions apply to all contracts of the VDG hotel voucher and the use of the VDG Hotel voucher, on every booking and every agreement for accommodation.
3. De VDG hotel voucher gives 2 people the right to a free double hotel room for 1, 2 or 3 consecutive
nights in one of the affiliated hotels. When using the VDG hotel voucher, the user accepts the
compulsory breakfast and dinner (at the hotel) costs.
A required amount of consumptive breakfast and dinner will also exist in this situation.
4. Occasionally, more VDG Hotel Vouchers can be used for each hotel.
5. Bookings must be made directly.
You can do this by phone, using the number on the detail- /web- page of the hotel.
To make a reservation, you must mention the following:
- You want to use the Flexi Break voucher, which will give you a free stay overnight when you will
use mandatory breakfast and dinner for predetermined price.
- The period in which you want to stay.
For bookings, VDG bears no responsibility and / or liability.
Reservations are only confirmed by the hotel if the hotel has rooms available.
6. The bill must be paid upon departure. A hotel may require you to deposit a payment at the moment
of booking or arrival.
The VDG Hotel voucher has the condition that a minimum amount at breakfast and dinner (unless
otherwise stated) is spent in the hotel. If it does not meet the minimum cost
requirement of the hotel, the hotel has the right to charge the remainder. This is excluding extras
such as liquor, cigarettes, if necessary. parking fees, etc. The minimum spending is indicated per
person per
day.
7. A hotel reservation is only valid if you have registered the VDG Hotel Voucher. The
VDG Hotel Voucher must be completely filled in and has to be handed in at the booked
hotel.
8. VDG puts the offer together with great care. A web page of a hotel contains general
information which may change.
VDG as well as the hotel are neither responsible or liable for any deviation from the
information given. Interim changes in the offer of hotels, breakfast and dinner prices and other
conditions may be possible.
VDG shall not be liable to the Client by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by the negligence of VDG, its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of the Services (including any delay in providing or failure to provide the Services) or their use by the Client, and the entire liability of VDG under on in connection with the Contract shall not exceed the amount of VDG’s charges for the provision of the Services, except as expressly provided in the Terms
9. All prices (on the website) of VDG are based on two persons per room, excluding tax, any booking fees
and any extra charges
10. VDG is not responsible for any changes. Prices are valid from the day of release. We deal only
with, if any, problems or concerns in writing. Problems with the hotel you should report at the
reception..
11. May you not receive a written booking confirmation, let it at the hotel ,where you booked,
know. If you can show no booking confirmation on arrival at the hotel, the reservation is not
valid. Do not forget to take a valid passport or ID with you.
12. A booking needs to be honored by the user. Cancellation of a booking must be written within the
terms of the hotel. By late or no cancellation the hotel is authorized to bill the minimum spending
amount per day, or the room rate for all the days that were actually booked. After cancelation the
VDG Hotel Voucher stays valid. The VDG hotel voucher is valid for 1 year after activation. To
activate your VDG Hotel Voucher, go to www.vdghotels.eu and use the specified username and
password.
13. When using the VDG Hotel voucher, you automatically accept the terms and conditions as
described in these Terms and Conditions
14. VDG is entitled to change these conditions.
15. Every legal relationship between VDG and the user is governed by Dutch law. The applicability of
the CISG as well any other relevant existing or future existing treaty is excluded.
16. VDG and / or its directly involved are not responsible and cannot be held liable if, for any occasion,
the agreement is non-compliant and the VDG Hotel Voucher is not accepted. VDG will always
attempt to follow the agreement.
17. Copying, reproduction and / or reproducing of any on-the VDG Hotel Voucher and / or other
parts is prohibited. Trade, barter or any form of sale and / or individual or series of hotel vouchers,
except with express permission from VDG is prohibited. Violation of this provision will be
prosecuted.
